Laptop Withdrawal

So, as you might have heard if you go to my school, we are not allowed to take home our laptops.  Why, you ask?  Because our teachers think that we will spill gravy on the keyboard and stuff the turkey with the charger.  Not really, but close.  Actually, I have no idea whatsoever why we cannot take the machines that they (and the students) worship.  Also, when we can’t take our laptops home, it means that the possibility for homework is eliminated.  And there is nothing that many teachers love more than homework.  Honestly, I’d accept homework to be able to use my laptop.

But anyways, today was a HALF-DAY!!  So, I went to the Trendless Trendsetter’s house after school.  Man, does she have a crowded bus.  Then, we created, http://www.trendlesstrendsetter.blogspot.com .  I know, none of my friends have wordpress.  No, I will not switch.  I already know how this one works, though the polls on blogspot acutally work *hint hint*.  Also, have you ever used Paint on MIcrosoft?  It is sick, though making a Pilgrim is kinda hard.  Just believe me on this one.  Please.

Today…

So, what happened today, you ask?  I skipped school and instead went to a hard rock concert about Thanksgiving.  Just kidding!  I did go to school.  Promise.  Don’t send the truant officer after me or anything.  Although, the good news is, you don’t know where I live!  Ha Ha Ha!  Anywho, I had a Spanish test.  Remember that post I had about subject pronouns?  If not, perhaps I didn’t post it.  But that was what I had a test on, in case any of you are wondering.  Also, my friend Liz had her blog hi-jacked by the guys at my school.  She now has a new one, which I might take off the blogroll if she dislikes attention drawn to her website.  Also, we discovered that my friend, (not Liz, another one) cannot say bagel correctly.  Bay-gel, not Bag-el, in case you are reading.  Although, maybe I couldn’t hear well over the hard rock song, TURKEY DAY!  {turkey day!  turkey day!  oh man, i love that turkey day!}  If you didn’t catch the hint, I was alluding to the fact that I did go to a hard rock concert, although that allude was incorrect.  Is allude even a word?  I think not!  Oh well, it’s my blog, and nobody reads it anyways.  I applaud you, few people who are reading this!  Thanks so much.  You can collect your money at school tomorrow.  : )  Well, that was my boring as boring could be day.  If I liked hard rock, I would have wished that I went to the fake concert instead.

Twilight!

So, as you guys probably already know, I am in my first year of Spanish.   Right now, I am supposed to be studying subject pronouns.  He, she, it, we, they…  But they are in Spanish, hence the fact that I am taking a SPANISH class.  So, él, ella, nosotros, ellos, ellas, usted, ustedes…  But as I am new to this whole studying thing (more on that soon), I stopped after 5 minutes to entertain you guys.  You should feel very good about yourself now.  I think that you, the reader, are more important than a good grade.  Well, maybe not.  But writing posts about stuff I should be doing is much more fun than actually doing something.

Anywho, back to Twilight.  Have you read the book?  It is the best series ever!  Way better than Harry What’s-his-face.  In case you have been living under a rock this year, it is about a normal girl who meets a boy, and they fall in love.  But, the guy is a vampire!  Sounds cheesy, I know.  But Stephenie Meyer writes so well, that she could write about cheesy books, and still be a bestseller.  So, these books have immortalized the town of Forks, the amazing Edward Cullen, and the normal Bella Swan in stone.  Why am I talking about this?  Because the movie just came out!!  And, I am going to see it!!  Maybe not today, but eventually.  When it is still in theaters!!  Just so you know, my padres (parents) don’t have pirated DVDs or anything.  I might watch it in the movie theaters!  Oh yeah!  Valentine is excited!  Woo-hoo!  I will tell you what it’s about when I actually see it.  That’s all folks!

P.S.  Actually, I didn’t watch the movie yet.  But I will!  After Thanksgiving though.

New Blogger!

I would like to announce that Green Tangerine, my younger sister has a blog.  I’m going to put her website on the blogroll once it’s up and running.  She will be writing about Consolidated, the small elementary school in Maine.  Honestly, I doubt that it will be updated often.  But she is my sister, so I should give her a chance.  So, go to http://www.thegreentangerine.wordpress.com and watch my sister blog!  Well, you can’t watch, ’cause blogging usually is not videotaped.  So all you people hoping for your big break while you type at Olympian speed with a video camera behind you, sorry.  It just isn’t going to work.

School Plays…

So, as you probably already know, last year I was in this sickage play called Bugsy Malone for school.  Actually, it was a musical, but whatever.  It was lots of fun, but the drama teacher that directed this musical left to go to a different school.  We are now stuck with Mrs D, a strict, grumpy teacher.  Now, we are doing a 45-minute long play.  For all of you non-acting people, that is really short.  Even an 1½ hour play is short.  She doesn’t let us talk during play practice, and she always yells…  Arrgg!

SuperTux

Do any of you guys have an apple computer?  They are the greatest laptops ever, I swear.  Although I don’t have much experience with laptops, being only in 7th grade, but they never break.  And this thing is in it’s 3rd year.  In Maine, all 7th and 8th graders get a mac laptop, for school purposes only.  However, I am on my laptop, typing this.  This is NOT homework.  But, we can do this anyways.  It’s like giving a teenager a Sidekick (awesome phone) and telling them that they can’t text or email.  Anyways, on appledownloads.com, there is this game that is super-addicting, called Super-Tux.  It is like Super Mario Brothers, only with a penguin.  I have been playing this all weekend, and have finally finished this super-hard level on the Bonus Island.  I swear, when I close my eyes, I see Tux jumping and falling and starting over again.  Over and over again.  Yes, I am obsessed.  Although, I know people more obsessed.  Just come to my school…

P.S. Over and over and over again.

Questions…

So, I don’t have any ideas. What, mi amigos (my friends) should I put on this magnificent blog? Advice columns, my view on the world, or my view on my life? These and more will be up for discussion this post. Now, and only now, is the turning point on this blog. Only YOU, the reader, can determine the fate of this website. So, what will it be? Comments please! They can be as long and pointless as you want, though please tell me what you think about the stuff I should talk about. Comment, decide, help my thought process! Thanks so much!

I’m Back!

Hola amigos in the blogosphere!  What’s up?  I’m back, and ready this time.  I am actually going to write posts!  Very amazing I know.  I would love to welcome you all back, and I will.  So, WELCOME BACK TO MY BLOG!  I am not calling this Stories A Million anymore, so I need a new name.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  I just have one thing to say: No invites from Club Penguin sites to have me look at your site.  This is not a Club Penguin site.  Thank you, and good night.

Valentine ♥

P.S. Any ideas for what I should put on my post would be appreciated.  I am a 7th grade girl, so something that I could actually write about would be lovely.  No stories.  They’re too hard, and they never get done.  Gracias!
