Who’s Among Us?

Well, who is?  Now you can see, with the new widget I found!  Below the second poll, there is a little people counter, with a number next to it.  If you click on it, you can see where people are from.  Hamster’s website, Rambles of Randomness has it, and I thought that it was cool.  I tried using the actual map, but it didn’t work.  So, click on the person counter, and you will get to this webpage, and at the bottom it shows you a map of the world.  Mouse over the various stars to see just where it is.  Interesting, I think so!

Life Lesson

Please, don’t be sent away by the name. It’s actually pretty funny. So, have any of you guys gotten a search? Like, some random person searches something, and they click on your website, even if it has nothing to do with what your website is about? (Don’t worry, I’m getting to the life lesson part) Well, I feel very proud of myself, cause I just got one. Although, the search was weird. It was “how do I download SuperTux onto a school computer?”. If whoever looked that up reads this blog now, for some weird reason, cause this is not what they are looking for, you don’t. You stay off of SuperTux. You just have to delete it in the end, and there’s no use getting obsessed about something that will get you in trouble. That applies to pretty much everything else in life. So, random googler (a person who uses google), don’t even try. And while I’m on the topic of life lessons, apples don’t run. They just don’t. Got it? Good. Well, that’s all I have to say. Bye bye blogosphere! 😀

Valentine ❤

P.S. I got another search!! It was “iCarly valentines”. This is the complete opposite, don’t you think?

P.S.  Oh me oh my!  My blog is growing!  I had two more searches, one for “who is the original Inspector Clousea” and “trendless trendsetter”.  Mu ah ah ah!!  I will soon take over the world!!

Ta Da!

Look!  I have an awesome new header!  Isn’t it so very amazing?  I like crayons, they seem so… awesome.  I don’t like using them, but I like the look of them.  Markers don’t have the same look.  However, as you can see, I had to switch polls.  Turns out that the amusement park poll didn’t switch over, so I had to remake it.  I lost all of my votes!!  So, please, vote again.  The one about your favorite color is still the same, so you don’t need to vote if you already have.  In case you didn’t know, orange and yellow are tied, each with 4 votes.  The rest of the colors have none. 😦  I thought that blue was a universal color?  But than again, I voted for orange, so I really shouldn’t be saying anything.  Well, I have nothing more to say at this point, so Happy Long Weekend!  Thanks Dr King!  Good luck Obama!  And all of that other stuff that’s going on this week.

P.S.  I have settled on a header for a while.  It’s those candy hearts that you always get at Valentine’s Day!  I figured that it fit, since my name is Valentine.  Do you guys like it?

Movies

I am so confused.  I’m watching the Pink Panther, the old one, I guess, and I am so confused.  We have been watching this for about half an hour and nobody has stolen the diamond yet.  Also, I am really confused.  I don’t know what the point of this is.  They are looking for somebody called “The Phantom”, but the Phantom is in the room next to Inspector Clousoe.  I am usually better with movies, but this one seems to be especially confusing.  Although it usually takes me a while to learn who everyone is, I think I finally have it this movie.  I think it’s about halfway done.  It is one weird movie.  Really, the new one is way better.

P.S. In the end, they send Inspector Clousea to jail because his wife, the princess, the Phantom, and the Phantom’s nephew frame him.  How annoying is that?  And I didn’t really get it at first, cause I was working on a Lite-Brite, and there weren’t enough white pins for the design I was making.  😦  I looked up and realized, they were taking him to jail!  And I was very mad.  Wouldn’t you be if an old movie wasn’t as you expected it?

Merry-Go-Rounds

I really like Merry-Go-Rounds.  They are so fun.  I know, it’s the second time I’ve said something about my likes and dislikes.  But I was looking at my sister’s carousel type thing, with no idea about what to write about, and then, bam! it hit me.  They are so fun! 😀 Well, I actually haven’t been on one in a while, but still.  What is your favorite fair type ride?  I will put a poll up, but if you click other, or would like to elaborate, please comment!  Also, when you press other, there is a grey box below it.  You can write in it to specify what your “other” is.  Cause, if you’ve forgotten, you could like the Frog Hopper, and another person could like the Polar Coaster.  And they should not be counted as the same thing!

iCarly

Yes, I admit.  I watch iCarly.  You know, the one about the kids who have a web show.  Personally, I like iCarly, so no mean comments.  Any weird tv shows that you guys like?  I wonder how you’d do one of those…  A web show, that is.  I have a new cool word, curmudgeon.  It means “a bad-tempered, difficult, cantankerous person”.  The meaning, not so great, but the word, completely awesome.  Yeah, Lucy is right.  Where did everyone go?  There was this huge burst of blogs, then, poof!  What happened?

Cool Words

Have you ever thought that some words were just extremely cool?  Cause I do.  Quite a lot.  Especially those made up words.  For example, a few of my favorites.

1.Fuggs (fake uggs)

2.Waffle (as a verb)

3.Supercalifragalisticexpialadocious (sent in by Lucy Lovebug)

4. Baygel (used as a verb, to kill, often in sports or competition)

5. Doodle (sent in by Hamster)

What else do you think are awesome words?  I’ll add more, if they’re awesome enough!  I have nothing else to say, so…  I’d better go finish my cursive essay!  😦 Final draft!  😀

Snow Day!

Well, I don’t know where you are in the world, and weather or not you even have snow, but where I live, we sure do get a lot of it.  Really, if you want any snow shipped, I’ll send it.  But the point of this post is not to advertise pure Maine snow.  It is to say that with all of this snow, we occasionally get too much, and the schools call a “snow day”.  Now, where I live, the superintendent does not call snow days very often.  So, we always get out earlier than the rest of Maine.  But, we never have snow days!  Well, except for today!  It’s really snowing hard, so I think he finally figured out that we could use an extra day for all the homework the seventh graders have.  I’m completely and totally serious here.  Every single subject.  Amazing, isn’t it?  And might I remind you, that we have had no school for the last, oh, 2 weeks.  But, whatever.  It doesn’t matter, as long as I finish it all without dying.  I hope you guys do too.  By the way, if there is anyone who lives somewhere exotic, and non-snowy and reads this blog, now would be the time to speak up.

Valentine ❤
